I like this novel for the outstanding characteristic of the characters.
A good book not only can bring you exciting, but also give you some further thingking. From the Pride and Prejudice,I lean a lot.First,it’s stupid to judge a person by the first impression and always have prejudice on the person who you don’t like.In a word,we can’t judge a person without any further reconigse or by other people’s words.Just like Elizabeth, under Wickham’s evil speaking she judge Darcy wad a pround and hatest man and began to have prejudice on him,and kept misunderstanding him.As a reselt, she was failed to see the merists of darcy.Other example,Mr.Binely persuadeed himself run away from falling in love with june for having heard Darcy’s word that June didn’t like him,at least no more deeper than him. This hurted two loved heart. They even almost missed each other. By the way,we can learn that pride sometimes will make you far away from others. You can’t deny that the country people didn’t like Darcy very much no matter how rich he.For,he always feels superior to the country people. And,because Darcy’s pround,he offended the girl he love.
Then, After reading this book, I couldn’t forget how eager Mrs.Bennet wants to marry off her daughters. Why is she so crazy about that?I know it’s because of money. money is very important for our lives. Money is required for food, shelter, and clothing, so many things in our life need money. With money, you can make your life more comfortable. You will be able to buy a big house with servants. But, Can money determine everything? How could a marriage maintain without love bue just for money? From the marriage between Charlotte Lucas and Mr. Collins, we found that their marriage totally depended on the position, money, and the background, not the love. Most women choose the men who can satisfy their material comforts to be their husbands at that time, just like Charlotte Lucas. She married Mr. Collins although she shared no common interests with him. She didn’t love him while she married him indeed. She persuaded herself to tolerate her husband’s strange and foolish behavior, and her only comfort was her big new house and rich material life. While in my eye, it’s really unfortunate to rest hope on the material comforts for her rest life. Although sometimes it’s necessary to consider the property, position, and background in the marriage, it’s stupid to marry just for the money. Charlotte Lucas married for the possession not love, and on the other hand, Mr. Collins married her because he needed a wife, not for love, either. Their marriage seemed to be necessary but not happy. But how to maintain the marriage without love?

Where are you going, where have you been
"Where are you going, where have you been" is considered one of the most famous works by Joyce Carol Oates.
After reading the short story, I think a lot. It make me to think about personality, the rebellion of teenaged, and the influence of family.
First, the story took place in1960s, happened on a pretty but air-
headed teenager who seems terribly ordinary. She doesn't have a
warm family, she doesn't get along well with her mother and sister. She was a lonely girl, it caused the tragedy happen. She needs friends and boys, because she wants someone can listen to her, respect her and give her love. And she is in the Teenagers treason time, it makes her do something without mature. Then Arnold Friend who was rich and good-looking appeared It is a great temptation to her and she couldn't resist it.
We never learn what happens after the ending of the story, Where did they go? Did Connie live or die? What did Arnold do to her? Rather than answering the questions embedded in the story's title, the ending only seems to open up more questions.
The influences on Connie and her lack of instilled reasoning led to her down fall. Her family’s fragmented nature was echoed in her actions. She was unable to
communicate with her parents, and she was never was able to learn anything of significance. She felt abandoned and rejected, because no one took the initiative to teach her how to make right decisions. Connie was unable to mature until she was faced with death and self protection. In the end, her situation made it difficult for her to think and reason beyond the position she was in. By not being able apply insight, she fell into Arnold Friends entice. In my opinion, Misguidance by the parents strongly contributed to Connie’s death.
Charles Howard 'Smitty' Schmid, Jr. was an American serial killer, is the basis of the story, so it is a true crime, Oates wrote this to make people focus on teenage's education, and the influence of the family.

Overall
The first seven chapters recount the birth of the
Monkey King and his rebellion against Heaven. Then in chapter eight to twelve,
we learn how Tripitaka was born and why he is
searching for the scriptures, as well as his preparation for the journey.
One interesting
aspect of his personality is the development of his relationship with Tripitaka.
Before meeting Tripitaka, Monkey King goes around killing off humans for no
reason at all and does things freely. So
Guānyīn teaches Tripitaka to chant the Tightening-Crown spell
whenever he needs to chastise Wu Kong. Finally, Monkey King
is tortured into obedience to Tripitaka. But, strangely, it all changes during
the pilgrimage. Wu Kong seems to grow affection for the monk. Monkey King only
wants to protect Tripitaka. When Tripitaka makes him leave, thinking that he
killed three innocent humans when in fact they were the same demon in disguise,
Monkey King cries over his master. And I cries too when I read this chapter. He
cries not for uselessness, but Wu Kong just reacts more emotionally and
dramatically to some things. He starts to be human.

Besides the monkey king’s prominent personality, some other thing
should be mentioned. The story tells of many hardships. But no matter how hard, they can succeed at last. Why? Why
can they overcome any kinds of difficult and finally reach the Western Heavens
and bring back the scriptures to China .what’s more, Tripitaka and his disciples such as Pigsy and Sandy
attain Buddha hood in the end of story. In my opinion, it is not just because of three disciples’ power. The most important
key is their faith that they firmly believe they can achieve the goal. Their
confidence and courage result in their success. If we can understand it and
apply to our study or work, we will necessary
benefit from it.
An impression after reding A Journey to the West
In the Four Great
Classical Novels, it is the most lively, since childhood I read it to always
feel both enjoyable and interesting. But today, has not changed is that
bizarre, colorful mythology of the world, my insight has changed.
A single stick can be
broken easily, but to break a bundle of stick is extremely hard. This theory can
also be applied to us humans. When standing alone, a man is weak and vulnerable;
yet when men are united and heading towards a common goal, they can sustain all
challenges. Teamwork is truly the key to great achievements. The great
achievements can be made with combined efforts. This claim can be justified by
the successful publication of the story
in “A Journey to the West”.
From the
stories of “A Journey to the West”, we can see the importance of teamwork. Therefore,
in order to make great accomplishment, it’s advisable to all to have a common
goal and work together.
